Technique 1:

Stress Release or Positive Points

These points are called neuromuscular balance points that correspond to your stomach meridian. (see acupuncture points in pic below).  These points were found to bring energy and attention to your frontal lobes where rational thought is activated.  This technique helps shift your energy from your flight or fight back brain to your frontal lobe.
Holding these points helps to release emotional tensions, stress, reduce trauma, enhance performance and improve organizational abilities and study skills. (Touch For Health and Dr. George Goodheart's original findings).

First, Apply the oils to your forehead, temples and back of neck.

Apply any one of the oil blends of Trauma Life, Harmony, Peace & Calming, Inspiration, Sacred Mountain, or from the FREEDOM Collection: Freedom oil, Joy, Valor, Transformation, Divine Release or TR Care!

Then, lightly touch the point above each of your eyes with your fingertips.  Breathe deeply while visualizing.  An alternative to this, which helps to release panic, is to place one hand over your forehead with your other hand on the back of your head (upper part).  To release fear, move your back hand down further, on the back of your head in alignment with the top of your ears.

Technique 2:

Emotional Meridian Tap

Albert Einstein’s famous equation E=MC2, has given us the key insight to understanding that energy and matter are interchangeable.  In other words, everything is energy.  Today, Energy Medicine is the term given to a group of natural healing therapies that understand the body as a system of energies, including acupuncture and Touch For Health techniques.

Applied Kinesis is the study of the body in movement, thus the study of the muscle system and its corresponding connections.  The word ‘Kinesis’ is a Greek word that means ‘motion’.

In traditional Chinese medicine, there are a number of acupuncture  points on the head and torso that correspond to several important organ and neural systems in the body-mind.
By stimulating these points, while at the same time bringing troubling situations to mind can be effective in the treatment of anxiety and even more so with essential oils. (E.G. Roman Chamomile essential oil has been used traditionally by the Romans for anxiety and depression) . Tapping different acupuncture points, achieves similarly strong results with most anxiety or unhappy thoughts. The various different systems available today all stimulate specialized mechano-receptors on the surface of the skin that correspond to different parts of the body.

The simple tapping or touching of these acupuncture points is capable of reaching the brain's neural pathways where emotional problems have a neurological entity. The energy that is created from the tapping is thought to disrupt an established neural pathway between memories, thoughts and feelings.  The essential oils in themselves also have a brain stimulatory impact as described under Psychology of Smell.

There certainly isn't anything to lose in giving this other Energetic way a go ahead.
Simply, apply the oils to the fingertips and gently apply to the top of the head, forehead, below the nose and  below the bottom lip. Breathe Deeply after each application- then tap the head points, as shown in the picture and then tap the thymus gland (upper chest area below the clavicle bone.) Repeat cycle 3x.
Alternative tapping is also utilized with this technique.
